HR Data Administrator

Here at Serco, we are looking for a HR Data Administrator to join the team.
As HR Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records through the employee life cycle. You will be preparing and amending documents where necessary and processing large volumes of employee and organisational data.
You will have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with customers and maintain high levels of customer service while ensuring SLAs are met.
As part of this you’ll:
1. Maintain employee records through the employee life cycle.
2. Process large volumes of employee and organisational data in SAP HCM (PA & OM) for a large complex global organisation.
3. Updating databases and completing audits.
4. Preparing and amending documents where necessary HR documents, Letter templates using tools available Spinifex.
5. Resolving customer queries.
6. Communicating with customers and maintaining a high level of customer service.
7. Working closely with all HR Teams payroll, HRIS, helpdesk team, case management etc.
8. Maintaining HR Organisational structures and positions and supporting restructures.
9. Supporting annual projects pay review, AFC/ NJC spine and grade uplifts.
10. Liaise directly with key stakeholders from across the business and assist in resolving data complex data queries, ensuring our HR systems and data are up to date and accurate.
What you’ll need to do the role:
11. Experience administrating people data.
12. Experience using SAP HCM.
13. Knowledge of the full employee life cycle and employment terms and conditions.
14. Some experience of reporting using tools such as Ad Hoc query, Spinifex.
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
16. An up to date understanding and application of HR best practice and experience in working with people data and HR systems.
