Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Exeter.

About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will predominantly support the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence. The role involves assisting residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities, and to their bedrooms upon request.
You will assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing. There are opportunities to engage in physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities, both individually and in groups.
The role aims to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the highest standards of care.
