A leading charity in the FMCG space with over 450 stakeholders is seeking a Specialist Administrator to work within their Diversity and Inclusion division.
Main responsibility of the role:
1. Provide administrative and logistical support across all programme steering groups
2. Support the team to deliver an excellent service to all partners
3. Co-ordinate the annual onboarding process for new and renewing partners
4. Provide support for partner check-in sessions
5. Answer queries within the programme email inbox
6. Update CRM database with key contacts and information
7. Work with partners and team to manage various virtual activities such as Learning lab webinars
8. Send communications and updates to the programme calendar
9. Support the team to deliver face-to-face networking activity
10. Support Project Manager with The Partner HUB (members, activity, responding to queries, etc.)
Experience/Skills:
1. Confident in all aspects of admin support with multiple internal stakeholders and workstreams
2. Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
3. Creates clear and effective communications
4. Strong PC skills with Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word (required), Zoom, and video editing packages
5. A passion/personal interest in improving Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and beyond (essential)
