Carry out structured weekly floorset walkthrough with SM and team, providing training and support. Support and drive monthly Floorset installations in store and provide launch feedback. Commercial Focus: Support quarterly store business strategy by creating appropriate Visual Strategy and overseeing its implementation. Support Store managers with commercial Floorset updates using relevant trade information (money mapping, Dashboard). Creative Innovation: Interpret company VM Directives in for relevant market implementation. Support wider retail business through market specific projects, such as delivery of Model Stores; project trials ect. Incorporate monthly creative Compshop ideas into Model store launches. Teamwork & Communication: Submit weekly recap reports and feedback to DVM. Submit creative monthly CompShop ideas to DVM. Participate in special individual/ team projects set by EU VM department.
