The Role
We are looking for a talented Strategy Manager to play a crucial and exciting role in developing and executing a strategic roadmap for AI adoption across Miroma portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have technical understanding of AI capabilities, and experience in change management. The Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with teams across various agencies, fostering a culture of AI-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and creative innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap Development
* Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning with overall business goals and enhancing client offerings.
* Conduct feasibility studies and needs assessments to identify high-impact areas for AI adoption across agencies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration
* Act as a strategic partner for internal stakeholders, including client teams, creative, media, and data analytics teams, to ensure alignment and integration of AI projects across the business.
* Communicate AI strategies, value propositions, and implementation plans effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management
* Manage and prioritize AI implementation projects across the group, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Oversee the integration of AI solutions, partnering with technical teams to address challenges and optimize performance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
* Define and track success metrics for AI initiatives, regularly reviewing impact, ROI, and areas for improvement.
* Implement best practices for AI model governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage across the group.
Innovation & Industry Leadership
* Keep up to date with AI trends, tools, and platforms in the advertising and media industries.
* Provide thought leadership and drive continuous learning initiatives to build a culture of AI fluency and innovation within the organization.
Change Management & Training
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance AI knowledge across teams and promote smooth adoption.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages creative and data-driven problem-solving with AI.
About you...
* Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a relevant field desirable; or equivalent relevant experience in the field
* Experience : Minimum of 5 years in strategy, consulting, or technology with a focus on AI and technology implementation in a media or advertising context.
* Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, machine learning), and understanding of the AI project lifecycle.
* Skills : Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills; exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities; experience with AI and digital transformation initiatives.
* Competencies : Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset; adaptable, proactive, and capable of driving consensus across diverse teams; passion for AI-driven solutions in advertising.
