The Restaurant hosts a seasonal a la carte menu of show-stopping British and European classics, alongside a fabulously exciting wine list for a truly delightful dining experience. Job Description: As the Restaurant Duty Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests, with guidance from our Restaurant Manager and wider team. Role Responsibilities: Engaging with guests and team members to meet and exceed their needs Making sure the ambiance and standards of presentation within the restaurant, lounge areas and bar exceed expectations Ensuring continuous learning and development for both yourself and the team Identifying new ways to surprise customer and delivering the highest standard of service Handling any customer complaints, fulfilling duty management shifts and ensuring any service recovery is completed to the guests satisfaction Keeping up to date with the industry and market both locally and nationally Proactively instilling the values in every interaction with staff and guests alike. Candidate Requirements: Experienced at a similar level People focused Highly motivated with a can-do attitude Knowledgeable of fine dining and wine, however, full training will be given Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members Focused on providing excellent customer service.
