SR2 are working with a cutting edge cyber consultancy that are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team!
Location: Hybrid Working in Central Bristol (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Salary: £35-£39K + Commission (OTE: £70K Year 1, £100K+ Year 2) and Benefits including 6 weeks of remote working annually (work and travel from anywhere!)
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for driving new business by targeting senior cyber leaders with a proactive, phone-first approach. Your role will involve:
1. Mapping and identifying target customers and using varied sales strategies.
2. Managing the full sales lifecycle, from cold calls to closing.
3. Meeting with C-level stakeholders and maintaining strong customer relationships.
4. Juggling new business acquisition with account management.
You will have:
1. Experience in SaaS/tech sales, ideally with exposure to cyber security.
2. B2B sales experience and confidence in working with senior decision-makers.
3. A proactive, driven attitude with a hunger for success and career progression.
