We are rapidly expanding our Neurodevelopmental offer to the children and young people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) and now Leicestershire Partnership Trust (LPT) have the fabulous opportunity to grow our team to positively impact the experience for children, young people and their families.
This post is part of the ongoing The Neurodevelopment (ND) Improvement Programme that has set out to improve the outcomes of children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by identifying the resources committed to their diagnosis and care, agreeing opportunities for improvement and implementing new delivery, finance and workforce models.
Main duties of the job
Successful candidates will be joining an ambitious and passionate team of clinical and administrative colleagues feeding into the ND programme.
Post holders will need to have the skills and character to consistently deliver high quality care and work creatively at pace with colleagues with our CYP and families at the centre.
The successful applicants will be at the core of the exciting work and improvements for our local population; working to make a significant impact to reducing the waiting list and improving access to support for CYP.
We are an ambitious and innovative team with an active interest in learning and a determination to reduce inequality and improve the quality and accessibility of the services we support.
We are very excited for the future of our ND offer within LLR. We will consider part-time and flexible working requests.
