This hybrid-based Paraplanner job in Aberdeen is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm. You will be providing a full paraplanning function to their Financial Advisors, ensuring client service and compliance are always delivered. The business is building an infrastructure to have a 2:1 ratio of back office team to Financial Advisors. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and maintaining client files and client reviews Building cash flow models Undertaking research to identify appropriate financial planning solutions Preparing recommendations and suitability reports Identifying areas for further financial planning Establishing and building strong relationships with clients The business is focused on achieving a high retention of clients and team members, therefore has an inclusive team culture. Paraplanner Requirements You should have 3 years’ experience as a Paraplanner You should have excellent suitability report writing skills Experience of using cash flow modelling would be preferable Individuals holding full Diploma or close to achieving this would be preferable You must be enthusiastic for your profession; be forward thinking; do the right thing and actively care for your clients and colleagues The Company This growing IFA firm is led by highly respected names within the financial services industry, focused on creating an inclusive culture with goal based financial planning for clients.
