Personal Banking department oversees debit and credit card operations, and provides back office support to the Bank's branches. The merchant acquiring business operations combined with comprehensive support services for third parties and merchant. As an Assistant Customer Service, you will be responsible for assisting with the operations of the Call Centre. You will ensure that customer services targets are met and queries are dealt with within the agreed timescales and in a professional manner. This is a full time permanent position. Key responsibilities Provide excellent customer service over the telephone/via email to customers on various banking products, accounts and services enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure customers’ needs are understood and appropriate solutions are provided Re-direct enquiries/issues when appropriate Complete call logs and reports Assist with Consumer Duty reports Assist with customer feedback log and reporting Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interaction Comply with the Bank’s procedures and processes manual at all times Liaise with relevant departments effectively Requirements Degree educated preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or other equivalent Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry Basic understanding of Banking products and services Commercial awareness Attention to details Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
