The Role:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT and communication issues. Your responsibilities will include:
* Troubleshooting and repairing desktop PCs, laptops, phones, mobiles, and other IT equipment.
* Setting up new hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and user accounts.
* Maintaining and updating software systems and performing regular maintenance.
* Supporting IT projects such as system upgrades and migrations.
* Testing and evaluating new technologies for implementation.
* Documenting technical issues and solutions.
* Providing user support and training while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in IT support and related qualifications.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a good understanding of Azure environments.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
* A team player with the initiative to work independently.
* Own transport is essential, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
