Based in our Reydon offices, our Supply Chain Co-ordinator will work with the wider Logistics team to manage stock levels, orders, and records, ensuring customer experience exceeds expectations and compliance with legal obligations. Administrative tasks for other team members will also be performed.

The successful applicant will be well organised, have good commercial judgment, possess strong IT skills, be able to prioritise workload, process orders accurately, and work as part of a team.
Main responsibilities include:
• Monitor and analyse stock levels across own and third-party warehouses to ensure optimum levels in the correct location.
• Monitor quality of stock, including shelf life, to meet specific customer requirements.
• Monitor quality and value delivered by third-party service providers.
• Identify stock discrepancies and root cause of any issues.
• Review stock held in our own and third-party warehouses and coordinate movements with our transport team.
• Monitor stock dates and advise the wider business.
• Check third-party delivery charges against activity.
• Liaise with third-party storage partners regarding stock queries.
• Reconcile stock discrepancies in own and third-party warehouses.
• Set up new products on the system.
