We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our client and grow into the HSQE Coordinator role, with a competitive salary of £28,000-£29,000.
Shift Pattern: 37.5hrs per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:45 pm and Friday, 8:30am – 2:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee the administration of Quality, Environmental, BRC, and Health & Safety management systems.
•Support the Quality Manager by coordinating the site’s non-conformance processes with internal teams, external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
•Maintain detailed records of non-conformances, audit findings, corrective actions, and registers, and using this data to generate reports, including trend analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement.
•Organise and facilitating local management meetings related to the relevant management systems.
•Manage the audit schedule to ensure compliance with the Plant’s accreditations.
•Handle internal corrective actions and customer non-conformance reports (NCRs), updating tracking systems, and following up on outstanding actions.
•Conduct daily quality process checks to ensure standards are met.
•Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and monitor maintenance of machinery and ancillary equipment.
•Attend customer sites as required.
•Lead and oversee the HACCP team to ensure food safety standards are effectively implemented.
Person Specification
•Exceptional communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
•A meticulous approach to problem-solving with high attention to detail.
•Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.
•A team player who is flexible and adaptable in their work approach.
•Experience or knowledge in BRCGS and ISO Standards is preferred but not essential.
