Role Requirements
We’re currently recruiting for our Bright Futures Graduate Programme and looking for those of you who are ready to make an impact in our business. If you’re self-motivated, curious, and determined then the RSA Bright Futures Graduate Programme will empower you to fulfil your potential. This unique 3-year Graduate programme consists of several rotations across our busy finance function and includes a Master’s level Apprenticeship that underpins your learning and supports you to achieve ACCA qualifications and Chartered Accountancy status. Responsibilities
We will support you to build strong foundational knowledge and get to grips with our business commercials. You will have the opportunity to experience a variety of analyst roles within finance expenses, financial control and digital finance through a rotational programme learning from our finance experts.
The Individual
We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. You will need to have a zest for continuous learning and a willingness to invest time to develop further skills and knowledge in becoming a finance professional. You will also need to be a final year student on track to obtaining at least a 2:2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a numerate discipline. The best attributes to have for this role include having a flair for numbers, an analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
