As a Financial Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting our senior paraplanners and financial advisers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop within a friendly and supportive team, with full training provided to ensure you understand both the firm’s operations and the needs of its clients. Key Responsibilities for the Financial Administrator: Provide outstanding aftercare to our existing client base, ensuring all their needs are met. Assist advisers with information requests and other administrative tasks. Coordinate and manage campaigns to help clients make the most of their relevant allowances. Help facilitate transfers, withdrawals, and top-ups for clients. Oversee and manage the client annual review process. Ensure clients receive quarterly valuation reports in a timely manner. Additional Data & Administration Responsibilities: Input and update client information into the CRM system to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Generate key performance reports for internal tracking. Continuously improve CRM processes to increase efficiency across the business. Use mail merges for annual review reminders and contacting clients about unused allowances. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and complete necessary Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Conduct internal and external file checks to ensure compliance and quality control. Participate in management information (MI) tasks to monitor and improve business processes. The Ideal Candidate: A degree or relevant office experience with a high standard of work. Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. Professional telephone manner and great customer service skills. Organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel), with the ability to learn new software. Numerate with a positive, hardworking attitude and a team player mentality. What’s in it for You?
