As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our UK and EU operations.

You will be working closely with senior stakeholders at a range of clients from start-ups to large multi-nationals to manage business relationships and grow revenue streams.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our UK and EU client relationships, overseeing the entire recruitment process, and leading a sourcing team. This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to scale the team as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the UK and Europe in the power electronics industries sector.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high standard of service delivery including closing candidates.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a candidate sourcing team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sector.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Drive revenue growth through effective client and candidate management.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide market insights to clients and candidates.
* Work closely with senior management to contribute to the company’s strategic direction.
* Regular reporting to the Managing Director on UK & EU Electronics & Energy Business Unit business development pipeline, revenue forecast and performance.
* Accountable for the UK & EU Electronics & Energy Business Unit’s use of PER Group’s proprietary AI recruitment software.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within a technical or engineering sector.
* Strong business development and client management skills.
* Experience in leading and developing a recruitment team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
