We take pride in delivering a quality service, ensuring every vehicle is presented in pristine condition. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Vehicle Prepper and Polisher to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
As a Vehicle Prepper and Polisher, you will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles are fully prepared, polished, and ready for delivery or display. You will work with a range of vehicles, from brand-new to pre-owned, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Polishing vehicles to achieve a flawless finish.
• Performing minor cosmetic repairs such as touching up paintwork, removing scratches, and restoring trim.
• Operating cleaning, polishing, and buffing equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepping vehicles for our spray booth
• Conducting quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards.
• Collaborating with other team members to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven 3 year experience in vehicle preparation, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of polishing techniques and detailing products.
• Ability to prep vehicles for painting
• Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard.
• Attention to detail and a passion for cars.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• A full, clean driving license (preferred but not essential).
