I am currently supporting a client of mine, based in Bolton, with their search for a HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team this is a true generalist position where you will support with the following:
* Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, advising on HR policy and process
* Identifying areas of improvement for HR policy and process, making changes and coaching Managers
* Leading on absence and performance management
* Advising Managers on talent attraction and retention, supporting with recruitment
* Updating and reporting from the HR system
* Supporting the HR Manager with a variety of HR projects
