Job Overview
We are looking for 2 experienced and innovative Marketing Managers to drive our brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing effective marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, growing our customer base, and ensuring our van/car hire and storage solutions are top-of-mind in our target markets.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and grow revenue for van/car hire and storage services.
o Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, email, and content marketing, to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
o Identify and target new customer segments, while optimizing campaigns for existing customers.
o Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to boost online visibility and lead generation.
2. Brand Development:
o Strengthen the company’s brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.
o Collaborate with internal teams to maintain cohesive branding across the website, advertising, social media, and customer communications.
3. Customer Engagement:
o Drive engagement and customer loyalty through innovative digital and offline marketing tactics.
o Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform marketing campaigns and product offerings.
o Design and implement promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
o Provide regular reports on marketing ROI and KPIs, offering actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
o Use data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing spend and achieve growth targets.
5. Partnerships & Collaborations:
o Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
o Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to drive referral traffic and joint marketing efforts.
6. Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
o Negotiate with vendors and service providers to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a service-based industry (experience in vehicle rental, logistics, or storage services is a plus).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
* Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
