Location: Vacherin Head Office / Various Client Sites – Four days in London, often at client sites, one day WFH The Marketing Executive at Vacherin will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of companywide marketing strategies at our client sites. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Vacherin. You will be reporting to a new Head of Marketing and making this role truly your own. As the Marketing Executive, you will act as the central point of contact between Vacherin’s Head Office, clients, and the teams on the ground. Your role will focus on ensuring the marketing strategies we create are effective, relevant, and impactful, driving engagement and maximising revenue generation opportunities. You’ll collaborate with operations, chefs, and site managers to gather insights and feedback that will help refine our marketing campaigns and better serve our client needs. Outside of this, you will work with our Operations Managers’ to support site mobilisations and refurbishments and with our Head of Creative and Sparkle to help organise company/client events as and when needed. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has a flair for both creativity and attention to detail. From the start, you will be responsible for keeping the website updated with relevant news and work across the business to identify and write up stories for online. Overtime, you will manage the content generation and management for all social channels. We live and breathe the London food scene. You must be passionate about creating exceptional hospitality-led experiences and exploring and reporting on the ever-evolving London restaurant scene. Key Responsibilities: • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support: o Work with operational teams to support site mobilisations, refurbishments, and other site projects o Support the creation and execution of site marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, enhance the dining experience, and increase revenue. o Assist in organising and delivering companywide events • Stakeholder & Project Management: o Act as the main point of contact for site managers, chefs, and operations teams to gather feedback on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tight deadlines are met, and marketing objectives are delivered to the highest standard. o Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Retention, Operations, Food Team, Design) • Content Creation & Brand Management: o Manage the Vacherin website’s news section, ensuring it is updated with relevant stories and information that reflect our activities and brand values. o Oversee the creation and curation of engaging social media content, ensuring consistency with the company’s voice and objectives. • Brand Photography & Visual Content: o Support with brand photography, ensuring the visual elements of campaigns and materials accurately represent the Vacherin brand. o Collaborate with the Design team/agencies • Market Analysis & Reporting: o Conduct benchmarking exercises o Monitor and report on marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation. • Collaboration & Communication: o Foster effective communication channels, ensuring all functions are kept informed about key marketing initiatives o Develop effective communication with other departments to ensure we capture all good news stories Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, or a related field. • A minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or contract catering sector. • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, especially within the context of foodservice. • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills - with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset. • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects. • Experience managing social media accounts and creating content that drives engagement. • A passion for the London food scene • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is highly preferred.
