Responsibilities
Collect refuse from designated residential and commercial locations.
Operate refuse collection vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
Ensure that all bins and containers are emptied and returned properly.
Maintain cleanliness of collection routes, picking up litter and stray refuse when necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members and residents regarding collection schedules and issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.
Report any hazards or maintenance issues with vehicles or equipment.
Participate in routine inspections of collection tools and machinery.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in waste management or a similar field preferred but not required.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.

End Time: 15.45
Pay Per Hour: £12.65
