For the successful Quality, Health & Safety Engineer our client is offering:
* Competitive salary paying up to £40,000 depending on experience
* Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) between the core hours of 08:00 and 18:00

The Role – Quality, Health & Safety Engineer;
* Solving day to day problems and anticipating Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental hazards
* Ensuring products manufactured are being produced to correct standards & meeting customer expectation
* Supporting the shopfloor in maintaining & improving compliance to the Quality Management System
* Ensuring Health & Safety processes and measures are in place to reduce workplace incidents
* Support the QHSE Manager in maintaining the QMS
* Suggesting areas for improvement where necessary
* Continuous improvement
* Providing Quality expertise to support the manufacturing team
* Review and testing of products
* Inspection of parts & materials for defects where appropriate
* Resolve quality related issues, identifying problems, involvement in investigations and come up with ideas to implement solutions
* Completing Risk Assessments
What our client is looking for in a Quality, Health & Safety Engineer:
* Previous experience within a QHSE related role
* Experience & knowledge of working to ISO9001 QMS - ESSENTIAL
* NEBOSH or IOSH - ESSENTIAL
* Keen eye for Health & Safety
* Excellent investigative / problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills
