If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate, and fun HR Schools Partner to join our friendly, supportive and professional Central HR Team.
Hours: Full time (37 hours) or Part time can be considered - term time only working is also an option
Location: Northfleet, DA11 8HN/Hybrid
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting a designated allocation of schools, providing expert HR advice and administration.
* Acting as the first point of contact for all things HR, providing a proactive & customer-focused service.
* Supporting Headteachers & school leaders with Employee Relations matters, including absence management and disciplinaries.
* Being part of a fun, experienced & dedicated HR team that truly makes a difference.
What We’re Looking For:
* A self-starter with HR admin and employee relations experience.
* A great communicator & organiser (attention to detail is a must!)
* Someone who is serious about their work but not about themselves.
