Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on shaping and delivering our marketing strategy, helping to build awareness of the Amplified Group and support the growth of our business.
This hands-on position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of the group and the brands within it.

We also iterate and push for a high level of impact in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Work with the leadership team to develop and refine our overall marketing strategy to align with business objectives.
Campaign Planning: Design and deliver thoughtful, targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Digital Marketing: Lead our digital marketing efforts, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media activities.
Content Creation: Collaborate with colleagues to produce engaging content, such as blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
Sales Support: Create marketing materials and resources to support the sales process.
Data and Insights: Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, using data to recommend improvements.
Partnerships: Work with the leadership team to define our partnership strategy.
What We’re Looking For: A proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong digital marketing skills, including familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and website CMS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
