An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our CRM leadership team in the UK & Ireland as National Strategic Account Lead. Reporting to the General Manager CRM UK & Ireland, you will drive our mission of ensuring Abbott CRM is an irreplaceable partner in our Strategic Accounts, by:
* Leading the Strategic Account team to coordinate the selling, clinical, medical affairs, HEMA activities to deliver against plan;
* Ensuring that all Strategic accounts have a 3 year account plan in place with regular reviews;
* Collaborating to develop new solutions and services in line with specific needs of each Strategic Account (SA).
Key responsibilities include:
* Leadership of the UK & Ireland Strategic Account Team – ensuring high performance, coaching and professional growth;
* Ensuring a Key Opinion Leader contact plan is mapped out for each SA and that the Functional Leadership Team has C-Suite engagement as appropriate;
* Delivering the quarterly and annual revenue allocated to the strategic accounts, as well as quarterly and annual divisional margin;
* Working with the wider leadership team to identify required solutions for our customers, ensuring these are resourced and that either there is a commercial mechanism to fund them or a revenue stream associated;
* Ensuring required divisional margin targets within the sales and investment plans;
* Playing an active role in the UK & Ireland CRM Leadership Team.
What you’ll need:
* Experience of Strategic Account Management in relevant sectors and geographies
* Track record of success in delivering commercial, clinical and operational outcomes with customers
* Preferably prior experience as an active member of a business leadership team
* Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization
* Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with disparate and complex information
* Proven track record of Key Opinion Leaders relationship management (ideally clinical and non-clinical)
* Degree preferred
* Strong commercial acumen and an excellent team player
