We are seeking an Applications Analyst with exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with users at all levels, ensuring they are informed of progress and resolutions within defined SLAs. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, prioritizing and addressing issues promptly while exploring innovative ways to optimize the use of core systems.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing business systems across all contracts, driving the development and implementation of efficient and effective business processes.
The Role
1. To provide IT support for key business systems to ensure users have business as usual access.
2. To continuously improve key business systems to deliver efficient and effective ways of working within key systems.
3. To share and implement system changes in a consistent way across all our contracts.
4. Logging all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorisation and prioritisation codes.
5. Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis.
Minimum Requirements
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) (essential).
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Organised and able to meet deadlines.
* A methodical approach to delivery of IT services.
* Proven first and second line application support experience and technical capability.
