Drivers Mates needed for immediate start - working for John Lewis Partnership, one of the UK's largest retail brands – based in Dartford, Greenhithe
Hours - 6am to 5pm
Pay - £12.20 per hour
Enhanced rate paid for overtime after 41 hours - £18.30 per hour
Operating Monday to Saturday
Full training provided – induction + three days training
Duties for Drivers Mates :
• Working as part of a two-man crew carrying out home deliveries & installations
of furniture & white goods (including televisions, washing machines, fridge
freezers, beds, sofa’s, etc.)
• Manual handling included – you will be required to deliver to the customer’s
room of choice
• Use of scanning devices & completion of paperwork
• Communicating via mobile directly with the customer regarding delivery times

• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility regarding shifts times & days available
• Good telephone manner
• Reliability
• Good communication skills
