Berry Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Administrator who will support the Customer Account Co-ordinator by managing customer accounts and orders from enquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the sales process from start to finish.
Work with customers and Estimators, dealing with enquiries and estimates.
Update customers on the order status.
Collaborate with the Purchasing and Production team.
Assist in creating samples and copy books for customer approval and exhibitions.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and respond to emails.
Be flexible in covering staff absences and collaborate to solve problems.Further information
Up to £12.82 an hour (£24,000 per annum)
Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks temporary)
Monday to Friday
36 hours per week
