Full Job Description Summary The Marketing Coordinator will help ensure the smooth running of the marketing campaigns by supporting teams to deliver on their requirements to standard and on time.Landscape: Working alongside another Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executives and Deputy Marketing Managers, you will also work with the Marketing Operations team, to ensure scheduling and analysis is done on time. The Marketing & Brand teams consist of the Market Strategy team, the Marketing Operations team, and the Marketing Campaign team. The Marketing & Brand teams sit within the Corporate Affairs & Marketing directorate, which also includes Internal Communications, External Communications, and Policy & Public Affairs. Activities: Supporting on marketing campaigns where needed across the marketing swim lanes Creating, briefing and delivering marketing materials as needed across campaigns Supporting the marketing managers in the successful delivery of marketing campaigns Stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Support Marketing Analyst to help coordinate reports and documents for Marketing Campaign activity Work with marketing agencies to ensure running of campaigns between AQA and agency Campaigns spend spreadsheet, Purchase Order process, receipting and monthly budget reconciliation. Monitor delivery plans, ensuring assets are on track and highlighting areas of risk to your Marketing Manager Schedule campaign-related team meetings, ensuring relevant stakeholders are included and meetings rooms/video conference facilities are set up where needed. Take minutes at meetings and distribute actions. Help coordinate reports and documents. Support with templating and proofreading materials and resources during times of high-volume activity. Manage stationary requirements across teams. Support on inductions of new team members, and leavers’ process across Marketing & Brand teams. Update the internal Hub with information about Marketing. Need to know (to be successful in this role, you will need to know): Understanding of AQA internal Operational systems and how to use them. High levels understanding of planning and budgeting Ideally prior entry level experience with various marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. An organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines A keen interest in the marketing industry and new trends Previously worked in a marketing team supporting on multiple, complex projects.
