We are actively seeking a dynamic Trampoline Coach to become an integral part of our vibrant team at Lime Kiln Leisure Centre. Our commitment revolves around providing every customer with an enjoyable experience at our leisure campuses across Wiltshire.
In your role as a Trampoline Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering trampoline classes that are not only enjoyable but also safe and effective, aligning with the high standards set out in our operating procedures. We will look to you to always maintain excellent customer focus, meeting customer expectations. This will include being available to the customers both before and after the sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide.
The Trampolining Club is run for 50 weeks of the year. This position is to help cover the other coach, however intensive courses are also run during the school holidays, so there is an opportunity to deliver these sessions.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a valid trampolining qualification recognised by the governing professional body. Your possession of the right qualifications, coupled with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in customer care within a leisure environment, will make you an ideal fit for our team.
If you meet these criteria, we invite you to reach out and share your enthusiasm for contributing to our community's health and wellness.
