The Role
The Business Development Manager will serve as a principal driver of revenue growth, leading initiatives that establish a consistent and diversified portfolio of projects. The selected candidate will leverage a deep understanding of spatial development, market analytics, and luxury branding to reinforce Hall of Design’s position as a preeminent industry entity.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to secure high-caliber architectural commissions, ensuring a sustainable revenue pipeline.
* Strategic Partnerships: Engage with global luxury brands to establish collaborative ventures in furniture design, interiors, and bespoke spatial innovations.
* Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, property magnates, and high-net-worth clientele, positioning Hall of Design as their preferred architectural partner.
* Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on emerging international markets, driving strategic growth beyond conventional geographies.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to refine data-driven strategies that optimise client acquisition and retention.

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of five years’ experience in business development, corporate strategy, or client acquisition within architecture, interior design, real estate, or aligned industries.
* A proven track record of securing high-value projects and orchestrating revenue-generating partnerships.
* A robust industry network, comprising developers, investors, and premium brands.
* Strong analytical acumen, strategic sales expertise, and elite negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial vision, with the capability to identify and cultivate new revenue paradigms.
* Expertise in RIBA project stages, with an ability to align business development strategies within the architectural process.
