Job Description
* Perform all aspects of panel beating, including filler work, dent pulling, and stripping/fitting.
* Repair small to medium dents and scuffs using industry-standard techniques.
* Mask up vehicles in preparation for paint.
* Remove and repair damaged panels, ensuring a high standard of work.
* Check new panels for damage before fitting.
* Use specialist equipment to pull and measure vehicle chassis.
* Complete job cards, log books, and other documentation accurately.
* Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe workshop.
* Conduct road tests when required to ensure a high-quality repair.
* Finish and prime repairs, preparing the area for paint.
* Operate dent pullers and single-sided welders.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Panel Beater in a professional workshop is essential.
* Valid UK driving licence is required.
* Own tools would be beneficial but not essential.
* Ability to work efficiently with high numbers of vehicles coming through the Bodyshop.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.
* Able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
