Experienced Compliance Administrator required in London. The ideal person must have experience with issuing or understanding of Permits to Work or reviewing of RAMS.
Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm or 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the induction, learning and permit processes as part of a small team based within the Permit Office.
2. Review Contractor RAMS for approval in advance of works. Visit work sites to assess work for compliance with site and business policy.
3. Ensure correct Permit to Work is implemented.
4. Record and monitor Electrical and Mechanical Isolations to ensure the applicable documentation is in place and correctly recorded.
5. Compile and maintain safety files and other related relevant files.
6. Ensure compliance documentation is in place, accurate, and appropriately filed to assist with internal and external auditing.
7. Report on sub-contractor performance where repetitive matters of safety are not being addressed according to requirements.
8. Plan, schedule, and review SHE Committee Meetings. Attend Safety and Compliance meetings on behalf of the department.
9. Coordinate and participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses.
10. Prepare monthly SHE reports, statistics, and presentations related to Permit Office performance.
11. Report to the Service Support Manager / Client SHEQ Manager on corrective action taken to close out NCR reports utilizing Company and Client systems to manage.
12. Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by management.
13. Collate Health and Safety documentation for authorities.
14. Review and update the Health and Safety plan as required.
15. Required to undertake overtime where works cannot be performed during Normal Working Hours such as during events. Liaise directly with the onsite FM Team and other service partners to form collaborative working relationships.
16. Utilize the clients CAFM system to provide accurate information related to our service provision.
17. Demonstrate high-level Health & Safety knowledge to others to ensure safe delivery of all work.
18. Be a brand ambassador at all times, maintaining the Corporate Identity.
