We are looking for a compliance assistant to join our expanding Central Department, working closely with our COO and Compliance Officer to drive Apprenticeship
compliance throughout the organisation.
Key duties of the role will include
* Be the a key contact for all information relating to funding, funding calculations, and funding eligibility, whilst proactively keeping up to date with funding rules, correspondence, and requirements.
* Provide expert advice, support and training to Crosby delivery teams to ensure all aspects of the learner journey (e.g. enrolment, progress reviews, gateway), funding and record keeping are compliant.
* Carry out robust, systematic, and in-depth internal audits to ensuring all audit information is available as required and to ensure compliance with funding rules.
* Analyse and prepare accurate data, compliance and audit reports for senior management and the board, and other bodies as required.
* Completion of weekly/monthly departmental and individual colleague reporting.
* Completing audit based on associated PDSAT and FRM outcomes
* Chasing signatures on documentation i.e. unsigned enrolments/reviews/restart paperwork.
* Acting as the point of contact for Non-Levy employers to support with Apprentice Service support needs
* Acting as Functional Skills Key Contact; making Exam bookings & Exam registrations
