The Role
The Client Experience team is looking for a confident Performance Manager with strong Account Management skills to manage the day-to-day running of our long-standing clients’ accounts. You will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for managing the daily activity and strategic development of our clients, from taking the brief, developing the media strategy, and working with the internal specialist teams to provide the right solutions to meet your client’s objectives. You’ll also lead meetings, acting as the company representative and making decisions. You’ll have autonomy, independence, and act with authority, whilst also getting support from senior managers. You’ll be confident, enjoy offering solutions, and building trust.
Client Experience Team Summary
The Client Experience team sits at the heart of the agency and acts as the main point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to help deliver against their marketing objectives. The team is responsible for taking the clients' briefs and establishing the right strategy and products to deliver what they need. The role largely centers around the application of omnichannel media planning and buying, and other capabilities that the agency offers, including data strategy, technology, performance creative, and training.
Overall, our team is responsible for maintaining that relationship and ensuring that Space & Time continues to provide best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Takes responsibility for the client services team and agency output, and can identify, recommend, and implement improvements to processes and/or ways of working to enhance client relationships.
2. Confidently manages client budgets and creates deals.
3. Mentors junior client services team members.
4. Manages “always on” activities, setting up new campaigns, and optimizations.
5. Liaises with our specialist teams, tracking and reporting as well as providing insight on market analysis and both media and creative performance.
6. Attends regular client-facing meetings and presents.
7. Captures and relays information/actions clearly and promptly. Maintains strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
8. Supports new business growth and contributes to the agency's growth and success.
9. Supports senior team members to develop strategies for clients.
10. Proactively looks for new solutions and ideas for clients.
11. Demonstrates a comprehensive level of media knowledge.
12. Demonstrates an understanding of industry trends and tactics for media planning and buying.
13. Regional travel to meetings constitutes 20% of the role.
Key Skills
1. Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with Experian – location analyst.
3. Knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
4. Ability to drive and have a valid license.
