Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to students
2. Assist students in understanding and mastering subject material
3. Provide feedback and support to enhance student learning and performance
4. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
5. Monitor and assess student progress regularly
Required Qualifications:
1. A relevant degree in the subject area being tutored
2. Teaching or tutoring experience in a similar role
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to motivate and inspire students
5. Knowledge of educational best practices
Education:
Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area
Experience:
Previous teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
1. In-depth knowledge of the subject being tutored
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to build rapport with students
4. Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
2. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Working Conditions:
1. Part-time hours, flexible schedule

4. Potential for remote tutoring opportunities
5. Willingness to travel to various locations within Brent Cross area
