Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Coventry (CV6), near Foleshill
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 08:00 and 18:00)
Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour
About the Role:
* We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Administrator to join our team in Coventry. This full-time role plays a key part in ensuring our sites are safe, well-maintained, and comfortable environments for staff and visitors
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to day-to-day facilities issues and urgent maintenance concerns
* Schedule and coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
* Work collaboratively with Service Managers and other key stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records within our in-house facilities management system, including service records, audits, and training logs
* Assist in testing building security and safety systems to ensure emergency preparedness
* Support the smooth running of facilities operations across multiple sites
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Experience in facilities management or a similar support role
* Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
* Competency using digital systems to manage records and schedules
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
