Job Title: Associate Electrical Engineer

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Profit Share
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

The Opportunity
My client is looking for a Discipline Lead with excellent design, communication, technical, and sustainability skills who enjoys working collaboratively in multi-professional design teams. You will take responsibility for projects from inception to completion to achieve outstanding results. This leadership role involves overseeing the financial performance of projects, liaising directly with clients on fees and commercial matters, and ensuring the efficient and satisfactory delivery of multiple and complex projects. You will report to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead electrical teams on multi-disciplinary projects
2. Oversee total project delivery, ensuring effective team management and delegation
3. Liaise directly with clients on fees and commercial matters
4. Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and satisfactorily
Requirements
1. Chartered Engineer status
2. Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar, ideally to master's level
3. Skilled in winning and delivering a range of projects
4. Strong awareness of sector-specific legislation, code requirements, design guidance, and future trends
