As a marketing intern for the Regulatory Compliance division of Science Group, you will support the Marketing team for Leatherhead Food Research and TSG Consulting. We work with clients worldwide, from multinational corporations to start-ups, across a wide range of industries including food & beverage (Leatherhead Food Research), and disinfectants, industrial products, and crop protection (TSG Consulting).You will be actively involved in the planning and execution of marketing activities, with a strong focus on content creation and editing. Your passion for writing will be crucial as you craft compelling content for various platforms and ensure all communications are of the highest standard. By interviewing consultants, you will create blogs and thought leadership pieces that position us as industry leaders. Additionally, you will generate content to drive bookings for our training courses and write advisories to keep clients informed about regulatory changes, ensuring their products remain compliant.Main responsibilities of the roleWrite engaging and persuasive content for email, web, social, newsletters and other communicationsReview key presentations to ensure they are produced to a high standard and consistent with branding guidelinesSupport ongoing marketing campaigns, including the planning and execution of events, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budgetCreate and launch email marketing campaigns using tools including Salesforce and CampaignerHelp develop digital content strategies and design assets for organic and paid social mediaConduct post-campaign analysis and reporting on all email marketing and social media campaigns to maximize resultsProvide general marketing support including maintaining the database of images and videos, and ordering business cards, branded merchandise and other collateralKey skills and competenciesIdeally working towards a Degree in Journalism, Creative Writing or related fieldEnthusiastic self-starter with keen interest in content writing and editingStrong command of the English language, both written and spokenExcellent interpersonal and team working skillsAbility to prioritise and respect timelinesImpeccable attention to detail.
