Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a temporary basis at their beautiful London office 5 days a week. In this role, you will be providing both HR support for legal employees and legal professional development, ensuring a smooth administrative process overall.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with new joiner onboarding.
* Preparing first draft leave letters for Senior Manager to review.
* Assistant with scheduling and administration on the annual review process.
* Providing assistant for London internal programs including preparing sign-in sheets and organising final materials.
* Scheduling conference room space for events and programs.
* Attending and monitoring live training programs.
* Assisting training coordinators with post-programming materials, including finalising timed agendas, sign-in sheets, evaluation forms and summaries, attendance tracking and uploading videos to firm’s tracking system..
* Organise attorney events and training sessions.
The successful candidate must be available immediately for this role and have experience in HR within a Law firm.
