Product Executive – Specialising in India Our client is seeking a dedicated Product Executive to join their team. This position is ideal for someone currently working as a travel consultant in the travel industry and looking to transition into the product development space. We will also consider applications from recent graduates who have travelled to the area. In-depth experience and knowledge of travel within India are essential. This exciting role plays a crucial part in the research and development of our client’s India travel offerings, ensuring that everything they provide is well-considered and delivers the high-quality trips their customers expect. Product Executive – What will I be doing? Product Maintenance and Documentation : Load and maintain the accuracy of travel products and itineraries in the internal product database. Maintain and enhance the client documentation framework, including destination guides, and collaborate with other departments to produce additional client-facing resources as required. Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with ground handlers to ensure the scope and quality of the product offering and an exceptional customer experience. Research and Development: Proactively research new product opportunities and trends, attending webinars and staying updated on recent developments under the guidance of the product manager. Support for PR and Trade Managers: Assist in creating and coordinating itineraries for press and agent trips to India, supporting global PR and Trade Managers. Product Executive - What experience do I need? In-depth knowledge of travel within India. A meaningful level of experience within a sales or product role in the travel industry is ideal but we will also consider applications from recent graduates who have travelled to the area and have a passion for this part of the world. A cultured understanding of what makes exciting, commercially viable travel products. Previous experience in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders is desirable. The ability to manage a varied and complex workload independently, with the capacity to prioritize appropriately and seek support when needed. Strong communication skills—capable of devising content that informs, inspires, excites, and engages, as well as being comfortable creating and presenting information to a range of audiences. Excellent organisational skills and a respect for process within the function. Confident writing skills, adhering to brand guidelines to best showcase the product offering through hotel and experience descriptions. Product Executive - What else do I need to know? This is a hybrid role based in Bristol.
