Head of Account Management opportunity for successful tech led company. With a strong emphasis on customer success and a collaborative team culture, they are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head their account management function.
Responsibilities of the Head of Account Management:
* Lead and develop a high-performing account management team, ensuring best practices and client-centric strategies
* Own the client success strategy, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth across key accounts
* Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance client satisfaction
* Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, improve processes, and maximise client lifetime value
The ideal Head of Account Management:
* Proven experience in a senior account management or customer success leadership role
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and client retention strategies
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills to foster a high-performance culture
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior stakeholders
