The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of a business-critical financial platform, supporting incident resolution, system maintenance, and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Monitoring system health and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Supporting the platform infrastructure and applications, ensuring optimal performance. Managing incident resolution, system changes, and certificate renewals. Writing SQL queries to assist in troubleshooting and performance analysis. Partnering with development teams to improve testing and release processes. Supporting system automation initiatives and operational uplift projects. Ensuring compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements. Skills & Experience Required for the position of Operations Engineer / Service Engineer / Production Support Engineer ServiceNow experience – Familiarity with ITSM workflows and incident/change management. Windows support & troubleshooting – Strong hands-on experience in Windows-based environments. SQL querying skills – Ability to write and execute SQL queries for diagnostics and reporting. Certificate & security management – Experience handling SSL/TLS certificate renewals and security patching. Incident management & troubleshooting – Experience in highly regulated environments (preferably financial services). Desirable Skills for the position of Operations Engineer / Service Engineer / Production Support Engineer Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting for automation. Exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD processes.
