Job Title: Handyman

Location: Oxford

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £32,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things in top shape? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy taking care of on-site maintenance tasks? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join as an On-Site Maintenance tech for a very well known student accommodation company.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment on-site.
* Perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
* To assist with minor plumbing and electrical matters
* Provide first class customer service to residents
* Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time
* undertaking minor maintenance tasks, using basic tools and painting and decorating.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a maintenance operative or a similar role, preferably in a residential setting
2. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
