The primary focus will be managing the interpreters' inbox, handling emails, and booking appointments for various clients. This role requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident on the phone, assisting with queries and working closely with the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to emails in the interpreters' inbox
* Schedule and book appointments for interpreters with various clients
* Handle phone calls with confidence, addressing client and interpreter queries
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and operations
* Provide administrative support as needed to assist the wider interpreter team
* Use of CRM.
