Day-to-day of the role: Manage and process the monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation. Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Prepare and submit payroll reports, including statutory returns and pension contributions. Provide support and guidance to staff on payroll and system-related queries. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in the development and implementation of new HR systems and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll administration and systems management.
