Previous exposure working in a similar position within a plumbing and heating merchants is preferable. As a Branch Manager, you'll be: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver our promise of ‘Best Product, Best Price, and Best Service’. Strengthening and building on existing relationships with customers. Generating new business through face-to-face and online sales. Responsible for the sales performance of the branch. Ideally, you are: An exemplary leader with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others. Skilled in developing others in delivering exceptional customer service.
