We are seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join our team, providing comprehensive HR support across our sites in the South of the UK. This role will primarily be work-from-home with occasional travel to the head office for meetings or specific tasks. Starting either on 21st April or 28th April, the HR Advisor will be responsible for managing all operational HR aspects of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, and sickness absence. You will act as the first point of contact for HR issues that cannot be resolved by the HR Service Centre, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves collaborating with managers to support talent management, learning and development initiatives, and performance reviews. Additionally, you will champion the use of HR systems and provide guidance on reward and benefits, industrial relations, and disciplinary matters, while helping with HR input for tenders and pre-qualifications.
