Learning and Development Partner
Location: Northampton with travel and overnight stays
Hours: 39 hours (flexible) including occasional evening and weekend working
Salary Details: £40,000 + car allowance (£3,600) or company car
We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Learning and Development Partner in Northampton. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes focusing on health-related aspects of social care.
Requirements for the role:
* To be a qualified RGN nurse with a strong understanding of good practice, current legislation, and policy trends in Health and Social Care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the learning and development group in the design, delivery, and evaluation of health and social care training to employees.
* Ensure that all training events run smoothly.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all courses delivered using the learning management system.
* Liaise with services to ensure effective communication to meet the current and changing needs of the provision.
* Keep abreast of all pending new legislation and registration requirements on behalf of the company.
* Undertake an area of Health-related Subject Lead where you will champion the subject with the services and work in partnership with them to demonstrate safe practice. Research updates and developments in this subject specialism and cascade to all relevant parties. Work alongside external agencies to ensure best practice is carried out.
