What You’ll Do
1. Continuously monitor portfolio performance and conduct periodic performance reviews.
2. Provide reports and analysis to clients of senior management on portfolio performance and market insights. Own delivery & manage an assigned portfolio of business change projects enabled by IT.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders and project team to oversee the creation of necessary documentation, including, plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
4. Ensure high delivery standards & performance of project teams formed by internal employees, contractors & external suppliers, providing guidance, support & assurance to team member
5. Maintain strong relations and work closely with senior stakeholders across Vodafone and external partners in order to ensure alignment with the broader commercial objectives of the business.

Who You Are
7. Demonstrable experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships
8. Possesses understanding of frameworks ( Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies ( Prince2/ SAFe)
9. Understanding of the application and software development lifecycle
10. Technical change / transformation experience
11. Experience of managing cross cultural teams
12. Leadership – ability to manage, motivate & develop a direct team and in a matrix environment
